Hi! My name is Marieven, but you can call me MJ. I’m a Venezuelan ex-pat currently living in NJ. I love good narratives, video games, biking, and hiking in the warmer months.
I have over 10 years of experience creating and leading motion animations for TV, advertising, NGOs, explainer videos, characters, apps, websites, and video games. Worked with clients such as Purina, LEGO, Bumble, TEDx, Tulane University, Bimbo, Team17, The Ready Games, and The Discovery Channel.
I'm excited to share that my work on some of these projects has earned me 7 Gold ADDY Awards in the New Orleans Chapter and a Silver Award from District 7 of the American Advertising Federation.
I also have experience in other parts of the creative process, which allows me to understand and work with clients who are in any stage of the creative process, from initial concept and visual development to scriptwriting, storyboarding, designing, and animating.
I am ready and looking forward to my next big project!
